KEEP YOUR CREDIT CARD INFO SAFE AWAY FROM THIS SITE!

HEED THIS WARNING!!!!!!!!!!!! NEVER EVER DO BUSINESS WITH A WEBSITE CALLED IHERB.COM. IT IS THE MOST APPALLING CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER SEEN. THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY JIP YOU DO NOT GIVE YOU YOUR ORDER THEN YOU SPEND AN HOUR OR MORE ON THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE ARGUING SO THEY CAN GIVE YOU A WIMPY REBATE THAT DOESNT EVEN BEGIN TO COVER ALL THE HASSLE THEY PUT YOU THROUGH.
  
A Little excerpt from the convo I had.

Customer
Hi, your company has greatly insulted the security of your customers.

Not only have you guys completely screwed over my order.

You guys took my money then cancelled the order I have gone through 2 reps and neither of them have really helped at all.

When you guys have screwed up so royally the only thing you guys could do was offer to have my shipping paid for for me?? And after I had already paid the shipping? Seriously!!!

I ordered online because where I live it is almost impossible to get those items.

So now when I was supposed to receive the stuff from your company I am short money with no items, have been told I have to reorder and that I didnt pay when I did and that now I get to pay again!

Now you guys have discovered I did pay so now you say you are going to send my money back but it will take 48 hrs possibly and until then your gonna recharge me for a new order.

Does any of this sound like good customer service to you

Because I have been in the customer service department and I have been a manager of a full store I know there are things that be done when stuff happens. When I was a manager and stuff like this happened I gave full orders for free because I understood that without the customer I would have no business.

I am sorry for the problems you had with your order.  I can definitely offer you a greater discount on your next order for the problems you have had with your current order.

A greater discount such as what? Do you guys realize that I cannot get the items where I live to help my child so she can get enough to eat and I put my faith in your company and you guys basically are saying we think all the trouble we have put you through is worth a few measly dollars.

Even after everything they offer to give me twenty off my next order. Seriously!!!!!!!!!!!! OMG ARE YOU F***ING KIDDING ME GET YOUR HEADS OUT OF YOUR OWN ASSES AND JUST GIVE A HONEST APOLOGY AND A REBATE OF THE ENTIRE ORDER AND SEND EVERYTHING TO THE CUSTOMER AT EXPEDITED SHIPPING. YOU WANNA KNOW WHY???? BECAUSE ONE MEASLY ORDER WONT MAKE MUCH DIFFERENCE IN YOUR LOGS AT THE END OF THE DAY!!! HOWEVER, YOU KNOW WHAT WILL MAKE A DIFFERENCE? PISSING OFF SOMEONE WHO HAS OVER 800 PEOPLE AS A CONTACT, WHO KNOWS ENOUGH PEOPLE TO RAISE THE AWARENESS AND SAY HEY THIS IS NOT A SAFE SITE FOR YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION. AT THE END OF THE DAY YOU HAVE TO KNOW THAT THE SITE YOU ARE TRUSTING IS WORTH YOUR TRUST AND LET ME TELL YOU GUYS THEY ARE NOT!! STAY FAR AWAY FROM THEIR SITE AND HOPEFULLY SITES LIKE THEIRS WILL BE SHUT DOWN SWIFTLY AND PROMPTLY.
